We are looking for a
Curriculum Engineer (AI/ML/DA) who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing learning programs in Data Science & Analytics with AI, Full-Stack Android Development and Software Development. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating learning experiences, structuring educational content, and working closely with industry experts to build high-quality programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain curriculum, learning modules, and assessments for AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Generative AI programs.
- Create engaging learning content, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, coding exercises, and quizzes.
- Develop hands-on learning experiences using real-world datasets, case studies, capstone projects, and industry-relevant scenarios.
- Research emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML, Data Analytics, and GenAI to keep curriculum current and market-aligned.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and academic teams to create high-quality, job-oriented learning experiences.
- Design evaluation frameworks and assessments to effectively measure learner progress and skill development.
- Review and continuously improve curriculum based on learner feedback, industry requirements, and placement outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to enhance content creation and learning effectiveness.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational learning standards and outcomes.
- Support the launch and enhancement of new programs, specializations, and learning initiatives in emerging technology domains.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, Generative AI, and LLM fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
- Basic proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to understand code and create technical learning exercises.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, content creation, or assessment design for technical subjects is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, ECE, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter Notebook/Colab, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, GitHub, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Understanding of e-learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies is a plus.
Must Have
- AI/ML/Data Analytics domain knowledge through education, projects, certifications, or work experience.
- Active use of AI tools.
- Technical background with exposure to Python and SQL.
