About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Public Speaking Curriculum Developer to design and enhance engaging learning content for children aged 514 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing structured, age-appropriate curriculum frameworks that focus on communication, confidence-building, and expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structured public speaking curriculum for different age groups (514 years)
- Create lesson plans, activities, scripts, and training materials aligned with learning outcomes
- Develop engaging content including storytelling exercises, games, and interactive activities
- Ensure curriculum is aligned with global standards and caters to international learners (UK/US)
- Collaborate with facilitators and internal teams to improve content effectiveness
- Review and update existing curriculum based on feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain consistency in content quality, tone, and learning objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to support product training and curriculum implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of public speaking, communication skills, and child development
- Prior experience in curriculum development, content creation, or teaching/training
- Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging and interactive learning material
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in English, Mass Communication, Education, or related field
- Experience in EdTech or working with children (514 years)
- Exposure to international curriculum or audience (UK/US) is a plus
