Curriculum Developer - Mathematics

We're looking for a Curriculum Developer who understands that:

Board results matter

Concepts need to be strong

Practice should be well-designed

Student psychology plays a key role

This role goes beyond content creation you will help shape how students learn and succeed in math.

What You'll Do

• Create detailed lesson plans aligned with learning goals
• Design practice sets with varying difficulty levels
• Build board-aligned assessments (including application-based questions)
• Convert concepts into clear, measurable learning outcomes
• Identify student mistakes and misconceptions and design targeted practice
• Ensure alignment with exam patterns, weightage, and trends
• Work closely with Product and Teaching teams to improve content

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Grade 9 & 10 Mathematics
• Good understanding of board exam patterns and marking schemes
• Ability to create simple, structured, student-friendly explanations
• 57 years of experience in curriculum design
• Experience in building practice for both speed and accuracy
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Open to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement
