Roles & Responsibilities:
Current Account (CA) Value Growth
- Manage and grow Current Account balances with a focus on premium and high-value clients
- Drive value through consistent engagement and product offerings tailored to customer needs
Fee Income Generation
- Generate revenue from Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking relationships
- Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities for products like CMS, POS, and payment gateway solutions
Cross-Sell & Wealth Management
- Offer a complete suite of wealth management products including mutual funds (MF), life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), credit cards (CC), lockers, and Y-SEC
- Cross-sell based on customer profile, ensuring a solution-oriented approach
Customer Acquisition & Deepening
- Acquire high-value CASA customers from within group companies and other sources
- Increase the Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios through deepening and up-selling initiatives
- Achieve targets across multiple banking products including CASA, TFX income, BB, CMS, MF, LI, NTB acquisition
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Deliver superior client service standards through regular engagement and prompt resolution
- Maintain strong relationship rigor across the portfolio to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Product & Process Enhancement
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product/process improvements based on customer interactions
- Ensure that the product proposition aligns with the key business requirements of clients
New to Bank Acquisition
- Leverage references from existing clients to drive NTB (New to Bank) acquisition
- Build and maintain a robust prospect list with potential conversion into long-term relationships
Business Profiling & Risk Assessment
- Understand client business models in-depth to extract opportunities and assess risks
- Position banking value proposition effectively to address specific client business issues
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, contributing to shared business goals
