Role Purpose
The Culture Catalyst will be responsible for creating an engaging, inspiring, and people-centric work environment that enhances employee experience, strengthens organizational culture, drives engagement, and promotes collaboration across all DSP studios.
This role goes beyond traditional HR and focuses on building meaningful employee connections, driving cultural initiatives, promoting learning, and supporting leadership in creating a vibrant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement & Experience
- Design and execute annual Employee Engagement Calendar.
- Create innovative employee experience initiatives across studios.
- Drive employee satisfaction, belongingness, and workplace happiness.
- Conduct pulse surveys and engagement assessments.
- Analyze feedback and recommend action plans.
- Improve onboarding and employee lifecycle experience.
- Build recognition and appreciation programs.
2. Culture Building
- Champion DSP Design's values and culture across all offices.
- Create programs that encourage collaboration between Architecture, Interior Design, Graphics, BIM, PM and Support teams.
- Develop culture rituals, celebrations, and traditions.
- Facilitate founder connect sessions and town halls.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and workplace wellbeing.
3. Learning & Development
- Curate learning initiatives for design and support teams.
- Manage Lunch & Learn sessions with industry partners and vendors.
- Coordinate leadership development programs.
- Promote continuous learning culture.
- Track training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
4. Internal Communication
- Drive engaging internal communication campaigns.
- Create employee newsletters and culture stories.
- Showcase project achievements, awards, milestones, and employee successes.
- Improve communication between leadership and employees.
5. Employer Branding
- Position DSP Design as an Employer of Choice.
- Create employee testimonials and culture content.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Partner with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen employer brand.
6. Wellbeing & Workplace Experience
- Design wellness initiatives and employee assistance programs.
- Promote physical, emotional, and professional wellbeing.
- Coordinate celebrations, team outings, sports events, and annual gatherings.
- Build a workplace that encourages creativity and collaboration.
