Your lived experience and regional knowledge are what make this role unique: no academic credentials needed, just a deep, genuine understanding of your culture.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from any background, any country, and any walk of life.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content — including text, images, and recommendations — for cultural accuracy and sensitivity
- Identify material that is culturally inappropriate, outdated, stereotyping, or likely to cause offense in your region
- Provide regional context and suggest culturally relevant, natural alternatives
- Evaluate whether translations and localizations genuinely feel native to your culture
- Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep familiarity with the customs, values, humor, taboos, and everyday norms of your region or cultural group
- Able to spot cultural issues that someone outside your community would likely miss
- Strong written communication skills — you can clearly explain why something feels off and suggest what would work better
- Open-minded, thoughtful, and objective in your evaluations
- Detail-oriented and consistent across tasks
- No academic background in cultural studies required — lived experience is your qualification
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, international media, or cross-cultural communication
- Fluency in a language other than English relevant to your region
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of how cultural norms vary across sub-regions or diaspora communities
