Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a a) Culinary Chef Instructor and b)Bakery Pastry Chef Instructor based in Bengaluru. The role involves teaching and a) Continental & Pan Asian Cuisine with Molecular Gastronomy Skills b) demonstrating Boulangerie, Pattiserie, Chocolate and Cake Art techniques to students on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bakery and Pastry Art skills
• Food Preparation skills Continental & Pan Asian Cuisine
• Experience in culinary arts education or professional culinary experience
• Chocolate and Chocolate Art
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Knowledge of culinary arts and pastry arts techniques
• Related certification or culinary degree is a plus
