This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cuisine Chef located in Guwahati. The Cuisine Chef will be responsible for designing unique recipes, preparing and presenting exceptional dishes, and ensuring quality and consistency in all culinary offerings. Additional tasks include managing kitchen operations, sourcing fresh ingredients, overseeing food safety and hygiene, and coordinating with the service team to maintain harmonious and efficient operations. The role also involves mentoring kitchen staff and contributing to the development of innovative menus and food festivals.

• Proficient in Culinary Arts with experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
• Ability to create, design, and execute innovative recipes and menus
• Strong leadership and team management skills for mentoring and coordinating kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a creative approach to curating unique dining experiences
• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or dining sector is highly valued
