Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CTS applications, addressing issues and resolving queries from users.
Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality through regular maintenance and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades as needed.
Document support processes and create user manuals or guides for better understanding of application features.
Assist in training users on application features and best practices to maximize utilization.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in application support or a related role.
Strong understanding of CTS applications and their functionalities.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.
Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support and collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
