Join our dynamic Corporate Functions team, where we support diverse areas like finance, risk, and marketing to promote success for our businesses, clients, and employees. As part of Global Supplier Services, you'll engage in sourcing, third-party oversight, and supplier relationship management. The CTPO team at JPMorgan Chase ensures third parties meet our high standards in client service, quality, and compliance. Be a part of the CTPO - LEORA team, a key player in managing Supplier Risk Reporting and Inventory submission, crucial for effective Outsourcing Governance and regulatory compliance.

As a LEORA Analyst within the CTPO - LEORA team, you will report functionally to the LEORA lead based in Hyderabad, while working closely with stakeholders across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity and timeliness of data for successful regulatory submissions.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations with source systems to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates in the LEORA portal for relevant data points.
  • Support technical enhancements by gathering data requirements, drafting user stories and conducting UAT testing.
  • Lead and participate in data clean-up initiatives to remediate historical data issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach within the oversight model.
  • Build relationships across functions and geographies to expand influence and knowledge
  • Assist in the development and execution of the management information reporting including the continued development of governance protocols and complying with relevant policies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with 2+ years of experience in the Investment Banking industry at least 2 years in regulatory submissions and risk reporting
  • Strong business analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
  • Ability to reconcile data across multiple reports to identify and address data gaps.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in evolving processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing independent workloads with accountability.
  • Strong team player with a focus on risk management, compliance, oversight, and control.
