Build from India to the world

Job Description

Lead the transformation and scaling of client's SaaS platform to global enterprise standards
Ensure high platform reliability with near-zero P1/P2 incidents and SLA-backed uptime
Drive engineering predictability with 85-90%+ release reliability
Design and scale multi-tenant, API-first, event-driven architectures across geographies
Institutionalise AI-led engineering practices (spec-driven development, AI-assisted coding, automated QA)
Improve AWS and engineering cost efficiency
Build a strong, senior engineering organisation with high-quality architects and engineering managers
Benchmark, upgrade, coach, or exit talent where required
Establish a culture of execution, ownership, and scalable problem-solving
Oversee security, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and infrastructure governance

The Successful Applicant

A successful CTO should have:

A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading technology teams within the business services industry.
Calm, composed leadership under pressure
Outcome-driven, execution-focused mindset
High standards with structured, disciplined thinking
Strong people leadership combined with deep technical credibility
AI-native mindset with modern SaaS thinking
Preference for small, high-quality teams over large average teams
Clear bias for predictability, clarity, and output over activity
