CTO cum Co founder

We are looking for a CTO to join us as a Co-Founder to build a tech-first platform focused on simplifying renewable energy for end customers across India. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving messy, early-stage problems and wants to create meaningful impact in a fast-growing but complex market.

This is not about titles or quick winsit's about building patiently, responsibly, and at scale.

We are creating a platform that makes renewable energy:

• More transparent
• More accessible
• More usable for customers

We acknowledge the challenges involved, but we strongly believe that better execution and thoughtful technology can solve real problems in India's renewable energy ecosystem.

A CTO + Co-Founder who:

• Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and early-stage chaos
• Thinks long-term, not in short sprints for titles
• Is excited by impact over designation
• Enjoys building from scratch and iterating continuously
• Values ownership, accountability, and collaboration
• Is willing to grow with the company rather than chase perfection early

You will be actively writing code and shaping the architecture:

• Design and build scalable backend and frontend systems
• Own technical architecture and long-term scalability
• Make pragmatic decisions balancing speed and quality
• Collaborate closely with founders on product and strategy
• Lay the foundation for future engineering teams

• React Native
• Node.js
• PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
• Microservices architecture (important for scalability)
• Experience designing APIs and scalable systems
