CTO (Co-builder) - Equity only role

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CTO (Co-Founder) with an equity-only compensation structure. The CTO will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, overseeing software development, designing and implementing IT architecture, managing product development, and ensuring project management excellence. The CTO will drive innovation and development efforts to create advanced AI solutions that address complex commercial challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning and Data Science
• Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture
• Expereince in building AI Chatbots (a major plus)
• E-Commerce Expreicen (Good to have)
• Minimum 10+ Years of Development Expereince

Compensation

• This is not just a job, but a co-builder role. The selected person will be offered generous equity and the chance to shape the company's future from the ground up. A cash component will be introduced once the business achieves steady cash flows.
