About the role

360 Technology is establishing an AI lab in Bengaluru. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on technology leader who can build enterprise-grade automation solutions using agents and AI, and build things extremely, extremely fast. Speed matters more than anything else. You will turn early ideas into working automation products and own the system architecture end to end.

What you will do

- Design and build AI agents with tool and function calling, workflow orchestration and RAG over enterprise data (embeddings, vector stores, re-ranking).

- Connect solutions to business systems through REST APIs, webhooks, databases and event-driven services (queues, Temporal, n8n). Choose simple designs before adding complexity.

- Own the path to production: CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment, tracing, evaluations, monitoring, retries and recovery. Track task success, latency and cost per run.

- Protect customer data with access controls, secret management and audit trails. Add human approval for sensitive actions.

- Set the technical direction, review code and help other builders move faster. Explain technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for

- Evidence of building and shipping AI-powered products or automation, beyond chatbot demos. Strong coding and system-design ability.

- Strong Python (FastAPI, async) and/or TypeScript; backend services, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, and AWS, GCP or Azure.

- Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models) and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or the OpenAI Agents SDK. Structured outputs, prompt design and model trade-offs.

- Evaluation and observability habits: eval sets, LLM-as-judge, tracing, regression tests. Ability to diagnose failures across models, prompts, data and software. Know when an agent is unnecessary.

- High ownership, curiosity and a bias for action. Comfortable trying new approaches, learning quickly and changing course based on results.

- Speed is a core requirement: build, test, show and improve in short cycles. Avoid over-engineering, without skipping essential data protection and release checks.

- A live product, repository or short demo of something you built. Be ready to explain your contribution, delivery speed, architecture and measured results.

Location and work mode: Bengaluru, Hybrid. Full-time.

Experience: Open, roughly 1-2 to 6-7 years.

Compensation: INR 15-60 LPA (total CTC).
