CSR Operations Executive

Position Title: Executive – CSR Operations (Hyderabad)

Organization: Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust

Location: Hyderabad

Role Objective

To ensure effective execution and coordination of Amazon's CSR programmes in Hyderabad, while supporting other CSR partnerships and outreach initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CSR programme operations and coordination for CSR partners in Hyderabad.

• Coordinate with corporate partners, internal teams, schools, government stakeholders, and field teams for smooth programme implementation.

• Track project timelines, deliverables, activities, documentation, and partner requirements.

• Prepare timely programme updates, reports, and other documentation as required.

• Coordinate partner visits, field activities, meetings, and programme reviews.

• Conduct field visits to monitor programme implementation and address operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of schools, beneficiaries, programme activities, partner commitments, and project-related data.

• Ensure timely collection of photographs, data, reports, and supporting documents from field teams.

• Identify and research potential CSR partners and maintain an updated database of prospective organisations.

• Support CSR outreach, follow-ups, lead generation, and other business development initiatives.

• Provide administrative and operational support for CSR events, partner meetings, presentations, and other engagements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in CSR operations, project coordination, or related field.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• Proactive, responsive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

• Willingness to travel locally for programme and partner requirements.

• Experience in corporate CSR engagement would be an advantage.

Salary

Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on experience and suitability).
