Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a CSR Marketing Executive. The role involves managing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and experience while promoting the foundation's initiatives. Tasks include maintaining positive communication with stakeholders, implementing CSR strategies, organizing and promoting campaigns, and managing public relations efforts to foster community partnerships. Additionally, the role requires conducting outreach to potential partners and donors and ensuring constant alignment with the foundation's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Support and elevate Customer Experience effectively
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge or experience in Corporate Social Responsibility strategies and project execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in working with non-profit organizations or community development programs is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional network with partners and corporate stakeholders
