Child Education Society (Regd.), which runs the Bal Bharati Public Schools network, is expanding its outreach and impact through CSR Programs.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site CSR Lead role is based in Delhi. We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to secure CSR funds from leading corporates and translate those funds into meaningful educational programs.

This role is not for beginners. It is for someone who already has a strong corporate network and a track record of closing CSR partnerships.

Who should apply:

Professionals with 5+ years successfully raising CSR funds from corporates

5+ years implementing CSR-funded projects in education

Individuals who can engage CSR heads, CXOs, and corporate foundations with confidence

Strong proposal writers and persuasive presenters who can convert conversations into funding partnerships

What you will do:

Identify and cultivate corporate partners aligned with education initiatives

Lead CSR fundraising strategy and corporate engagement

Close partnerships and ensure effective implementation and reporting of funded projects

Work closely with leadership to scale education initiatives through CSR collaboration
