Role Summary
As a CSR Intern, you will support the CSR team and Founder's Office in planning, implementing, and monitoring Schbang's CSR initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to on-ground social impact projects and corporate social responsibility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of CSR projects across education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, and community development.
- Assist in due diligence, partner coordination, and documentation with NGOs/implementing agencies.
- Maintain CSR project data, reports, budgets, and impact metrics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support design and execution of outreach, volunteer, and engagement programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, communications) to highlight CSR initiatives.
- Participate in field visits to Schbang's CSR project sites as required.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or completed BMS/BBA/MBA/PGDM or degree in Social Work/Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about social development.
- Comfortable with on-ground work and project-site visits.
