  • Lead CSR for a listed Indian org with over 10,000 crores turnover
  • Spearhead the CSR transformaton and expansion agenda

Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement the company's CSR strategy aligned with business objectives and ESG goals
    • Identify focus areas such as education, skill development, environment, health, and road safety relevant to the industry
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure adherence to Section 135 of the Companies Act and CSR Rules
    • Prepare and present CSR reports to the Board and CSR Committee
    • Manage CSR budget allocation and utilization effectively
  • Program Development & Execution
    • Design and oversee CSR projects with measurable impact
    • Partner with NGOs, government bodies, and industry associations for collaborative initiatives
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using defined KPIs
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Communicate CSR initiatives through sustainability reports and public disclosures
  • Sustainability &ESG Integration
    • Drive initiatives supporting carbon neutrality, waste reduction, and green manufacturing
    • Align CSR with global sustainability frameworks (UN SDGs, GRI, etc.)

The Successful Applicant

A successful CSR Head should have:

  • Proven expertise in corporate social responsibility and ESG frameworks
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • 15+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or development sector, preferably in manufacturing/automotive
  • Passion for social impact and sustainability
