EcoEx is Hiring for EcoEx Foundation(Group of Venture) CSR with Fundraising Role

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager with Fundraising activities. based in New Delhi. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sustainability and CSR initiatives aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating corporate sustainability projects, fostering employee engagement initiatives, building partnerships with external organizations, conducting impact assessments, and preparing detailed reports on the effectiveness of CSR programs. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise 5+ in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement strategies with Fundraising activities.
• Proficient in Project Management and capable of managing sustainability initiatives and partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Analytical skills to measure CSR impact and evaluate project outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental regulations will be advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar CSR-focused role is preferred
