Hiring: Client Services Representative – Blended Process (Email, Chat & Voice)

Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Permanent US Night Shift

Salary: 2.15 LPA CTC onwards for freshers | Up to 4 LPA CTC for experienced candidates

Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs

About the Role

Binated is hiring Client Services Representatives to handle international customer interactions through Email, Chat, and Voice support. Freshers and experienced candidates with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and voice calls.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and within timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate customer records.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company processes.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with permanent US night shifts and a blended support process.
• Willing to work from our Aundh, Pune office.

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: Starting at 2.15 LPA CTC.
• Experienced candidates: Up to 4 LPA CTC, depending on relevant experience.
• Benefits include health insurance, Provident Fund (PF), paid time off, and leave encashment, subject to applicable eligibility and company policy.

Note: This is a full-time employee position. CTC is not the same as take-home salary. Applicable statutory contributions, benefit-related deductions, and other payroll deductions will apply.
