We are looking for achievers, high performers, and courageous challenge-crushers in a contractual role. The person will be part of the CSR & ESG team. He / she will be responsible for executing various CSR and ESG initiatives as part of corporate ESG team.
Job Requirements - CSR & ESG Execution Specialist
Contract role for 12 months
Key Responsibilities
CSR program execution
- Coordinate with NGO partners on various operational aspects including progress updates, project milestones, fund utilization, certificates, track beneficiary numbers etc. Conduct regular follow ups with partners to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Maintain NGO document repositories and compliance checklists.
- Support payment process by coordinating with internal teams as and when required and secure any pending documents from NGO or internal teams for supporting the payment requests.
Execution support for CSR volunteer engagement
- Coordinate with the local CSR SPOCs and NGOs for planning and scheduling CSR volunteer activities. Monitor volunteer activities as per plan and raise alerts for any expected delays.
- Support internal and external promotions around volunteer engagements - coordinate with local spocs for content inputs and work with corporate branding team for promotions on social media posts and internal channel.
- Track volunteer participation and maintain dashboards.
Execution and coordination support across ESG and CSR initiatives
- Support compliance requirements and assist in preparing reporting inputs.
- Open to working with AI platforms to better manage the projects.
- Support execution and coordination with cross functional internal and external stakeholders like finance, purchase, legal, HR, facility, partners, NGOs etc.
- Provide execution support by securing various information and data points on CSR and ESG projects from cross section of stakeholders.

Work Experience
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 9 years of experience in a similar role in CSR and ESG functions.
- Hands‑on experience in project execution.
- Relevant experience of working with corporate CSR & ESG team is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in social work, development studies, sustainability, management or related fields with relevant experience. Exposure to marketing will be an added advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong foundational understanding of CSR and ESG.
- Good experience in executing and coordinating CSR / ESG initiatives with cross functional internal and external stakeholders
- Understands AI platforms and is open to working with them to better manage the projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
