Qualification requirements- Graduation
(With Specialization): Company Secretary + Chartered Accountant Any Other
(Certification / Diploma etc.):
Preference will be given to candidate worked on areas of auditing & taxation
Age Limit- Between 25 - 35 Years of age
Work Experience- Relevant experience of 5-7 Years, Preferably in Manufacturing organization.
Job Responsibility & Competence Required for the Job
Job Profile
- Managing the Sectorial and Legal Compliancerelated to CSR
- Preparation of Agenda for CSR committee and Board Meeting
- Coordination with various department/Vertical for compilation ofCSR budget and ensuring CSR budget Utilization
- Ensuring project due diligence and selection of Implementation Partners
- CSR Project Review and Ensuring they adhere to applicable law compliance Managing the FCRA Complaince, & Obtaining the FCRA registation/Permisison for CSR Proejcts
- Regular Accounting & auditing of CSR institutes w.r.t processes, payments & financial compliances
- Regular Accounting & auditing of CSR institutes w.r.t processes, payments & financial compliances
- Vendor payments, account payables w.r.t SOP by CSR Institutes
- Payroll of CSR Institutes and having knowledge of compliance to related areas Coordinate for weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual MIS reviews of departmental activities.
- Closure Statutory Audit & Tax Auditor of CSR Institutes including liaison with Statutory auditors
- Working with Statutory auditors for Filing of Income tax return and Statutory Income tax forms as applicable to CSR Institutes
- Filling in Monthly GST Returns such as (GSTR1 & GSTR3B) of CSR Institutes
- Filling in monthly TDS payments and Quartly TDS Returns
- Filling in Monthly PF Returns and ESIC Returns
- Preparation of agenda and minutes of Governing body meeting of CSR Institutes Understand notices received from Income tax/ GST authorities and working with team for appropriate resolution
Competencies / Skills Required for the Job
- Good Command on English & Hindi Languages
- Strong presentation, communication and administrative skills
- Good Knowledge of accounting & auditing skills
- Ability to handle adverse situations, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time.
- Self-motivated, having attention to details and a results driven approach.
