CTC: 12 Lakhs p.a. | Location: University Campus

ABOUT THE CSR CELL

The CSR Cell is an independent unit within the University, dedicated to building structured corporate social responsibility partnerships with companies, foundations, and industry bodies. The Cell focuses on channeling CSR funding into scholarships, skill development programs, and employability initiatives that benefit students — particularly those from underserved and economically weaker communities.

The Cell operates with full autonomy, managing its own outreach, proposals, compliance, and impact measurement — functioning as a professional fundraising and partnership unit embedded within the University ecosystem.

ROLE PURPOSE

To manage the day-to-day operations of the CSR Cell — keeping the partnership pipeline moving, ensuring all documentation and compliance are in order, and providing operational support that frees the CSR Lead and Partnership Managers to focus on relationship-building and conversions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run day-to-day CSR Cell operations — task allocation, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Maintain the corporate partnership pipeline tracker and CRM with up-to-date information
  • Coordinate across Partnership Managers and the Impact M&E Manager to ensure timeline adherence
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the CSR Lead and University administration
  • Liaise with the University Accounts and Legal departments on MoU execution and fund utilization records
  • Manage all CSR Cell files — MoUs, CAF registration, CSR-2 submissions, compliance records
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and initial training of new CSR Cell staff
  • Oversee data integrity of the CSR impact tracking system
  • Ensure all statutory CSR reports and donor deliverables are submitted on time
  • Handle internal communications and coordinate logistics for corporate visits to the University campus

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or administration within an NGO, university, or social enterprise
  • Experience of supporting a CSR, development, or institutional fundraising team is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Working knowledge of CSR compliance documentation under Companies Act 2013
  • Clear, professional communication in English and Hindi (written and verbal)

KEY SKILLS

  • Operations management — juggling multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
  • Attention to detail for MoUs, compliance records, and financial trackers
  • CRM and project management tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Asana, or similar)
  • Reporting and dashboard creation for internal and leadership audiences
  • Team coordination and follow-through across multiple stakeholders
  • Discretion in managing sensitive donor and financial information

KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS

01] Zero missed deadlines on proposal submissions and compliance filings

02] Pipeline tracker updated every week with no data gaps

03] All new CSR Cell staff fully onboarded within 2 weeks of joining

04] Monthly internal reports submitted by the 3rd working day of each month

05] 100% of donor deliverables dispatched on the committed date
