Role Description

This is a unpaid role for a CSR & Partnerships Intern, which will be conducted remotely. The intern will be responsible for supporting customer service representatives, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer support activities, and improving customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with community members, responding to inquiries, and assisting in partnership-building efforts.
