We are looking for a customer success intern to support our clients using Outplay (a sales engagement platform). This role is suitable for candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in customer success and SaaS.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in onboarding clients and helping them understand and use the Outplay platform effectively
- Handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a smooth user experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
