Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Travel Process

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Process: Blended – 20% Voice & 80% Non-Voice

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals for our Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in the travel industry, along with strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

The role involves handling customer queries through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring timely resolutions and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel services through voice and non-voice channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding travel-related bookings, services and customer concerns.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer interactions through email, chat and voice support, as applicable.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards and performance parameters.
• Maintain professional communication and a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a blended process with 20% voice and 80% non-voice responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC up to 30,000 per month.
• 5 working days per week.
• Both-side cab facility, subject to applicable hiring zone.
• Work-from-office opportunity at Sector 30, Gurugram.
