  • Attend to customer queries (walkin / calls / emails)
  • Provide information on:
    • Policy details
    • Premium payments
    • Claims process
    • Policy benefits
  • Policy Servicing

    • Handle requests like:
      • Address / contact updates
      • Nominee changes
      • Policy revival
      • Fund switch / withdrawal (ULIP cases)
    • Claims & Documentation

      • Guide customers on claim submission process
      • Verify and collect required documents
      • Coordinate with backend/claims team for closure
