Job Purpose

The purpose of this job for pre and post sales service the channel partners in the Micro Insurance space like NGOs and rural organisations in order to accelerate sales in the stipulated time frame along with identifying and recommending potential channel partners.

Job Context: The purpose of this job for pre and post sales service the channel partners in the Micro Insurance space like NGOs and rural organisations in order to accelerate sales in the stipulated time frame along with identifying and recommending potential channel partners.

Job Challenges: . Inadequate infrastructural facilities lead to delay in job deliverables like sending and receiving application forms, etc.

. Extensive paper work in terms of getting the forms translated from the vernacular language to the acceptable one.

KRA1Facilitate the channel partners in the sales process to accelerate sales and meet the target in stipulated time frame.1. Assist channel partners to meet sales targets.

2. Act as a SPOC between CS and the partner to furnish documents and fulfilling the formalities required to generate agent code and licensing.
KRA2To carry out Death Claim Verification and timely services to relationship1. All the death claims needs to be physically verified by RRM and a report is to be submitted for further process.

2. Training of the specified person of the relationship for smooth and quality working
KRA3Quality and Fraud control1. Keeping track of business and claim pattern

2. Making sure that quality of documentation and life assured is up to the mark.
KRA4Identifying and recommend different distribution channels/potential business partners in the region to build partnership and achieve sales targets1. Study available secondary data about the suitable distribution channel.

2. Assess and anticipate their expectations.

3. Fix meetings with lead that can be converted into partners.

4. Provide all necessary support in legal documentation new partners.
