The CSA Lead will be responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) aspects of data center projects, ensuring delivery aligns with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The role involves managing contractors, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and driving execution across all CSA packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end execution of CSA works across data center construction projects
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Review and coordinate design drawings with consultants and engineering teams
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Oversee structural, civil, and architectural installations including finishes and building envelope
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, QA/QC processes, and project schedules
- Coordinate with MEP, commissioning, and project management teams for integrated delivery
- Support planning, cost control, and reporting activities related to CSA scope
- Manage inspections, testing, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 10+ years of construction experience
- Strong CSA experience with proven delivery on data center or mission critical projects
- Experience managing large contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Good knowledge of construction methods, structural systems, and architectural works
- Familiar with international standards (TIA, Uptime) and local codes
- Exposure to BIM/digital tools and large scale or hyperscale projects is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills in fast-paced environments
