Key Responsibilities & Impact
Make welcome calls to new customers across DOM & ROW.
Gather key information and share essential details clearly.
Build quick rapport and set the tone for a great experience.
Document conversations accurately in CRM.
Adapt to time zones, schedules, and dynamic workflows.
(Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
Outstanding communicationboth spoken and written.
Ability to connect with people across geographies and cultures.
Flexibility to work across varied time zones when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills and genuine customer empathy.
Attention to detail + accuracy in documentation.
Comfortable using CRM and communication tools (training provided).
Work-from-office readiness (HSR Layout, Bengaluru).
