Internship- Trade Surveillance

Qualification - Qualified Company Secretary or Pursuing CS Professional.

Duration - 21 months

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day Trade Surveillance BAU activities and monitoring processes.
• Assist in reviewing surveillance alerts, trading exceptions, and unusual market activity.
• Support the team in managing regulatory and exchange-related queries.
• Ensure timely collation of information and closure of regulatory/exchange requests within prescribed timelines.
• Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation for surveillance reviews and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and maintain audit-ready records.

Eligibility:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Interest in capital markets, compliance, and risk management.
