Position: CS Management TraineeLocation: Kandivali West
Company Type: Listed Company
Eligibility Criteria:- CS Professional Passed or Semi-Qualified CS
- Candidates not currently pursuing the CS course
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act
- Good understanding of corporate compliance
- Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, email drafting, documentation, etc.)
- Ability to handle regulatory filings and documentation
- Listed Company compliances
- Corporate Law matters
- RBI & FEMA related compliances
- NBFC exposure (preferred/added advantage)
- NBFC experience will be an advantage
- Flexible working hours
