• CS Professional Passed or Semi-Qualified CS
• Candidates not currently pursuing the CS course
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience

• Basic knowledge of the Companies Act
• Good understanding of corporate compliance
• Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, email drafting, documentation, etc.)
• Ability to handle regulatory filings and documentation

• Listed Company compliances
• Corporate Law matters
• RBI & FEMA related compliances
• NBFC exposure (preferred/added advantage)

• NBFC experience will be an advantage
