Role Overview
We are looking for a
CS Executive Cleared candidate to join us as a
Management Trainee under the prescribed training program of ICSI. The ideal candidate should possess
strong communication, analytical, and interpretation skills, and be eager to gain hands-on exposure in corporate compliance, legal advisory, and regulatory matters relevant to fintech and consulting domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of statutory records, registers, resolutions, and returns as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Support the drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research, and interpret circulars, notifications, and updates relevant to fintech and consultancy sectors.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing Board, Committee, and General Meetings; drafting of notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities including ROC, MCA, RBI, etc.
- Assist in maintaining compliance dashboards and reports.
- Participate in internal projects, audits, and compliance health-checks for clients.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: CS Executive (both groups cleared).
- Pursuing final level of ICSI and eligible for management training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpretation and analytical abilities, especially of regulatory content.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive learner with an interest in fintech regulations, company law, and corporate governance.
