Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service (CS) professional, based in Bangalore. The role involves managing client interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include addressing complaints, maintaining records of client communications, coordinating between departments to ensure service efficiency, and providing solutions to enhance overall client experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Complaint Resolution, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in record keeping and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
