Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to shipments. documentation and service updates.
Coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries
Provide Accurate shipment status and resolve any transit-related issues
Maintain Record of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure Customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional preferred
Requirements:
Knowledge in freight forwarding, Logistics or shipping customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
