Job Description

  • Manage corporate secretarial and governance activities across international entities.
  • Handle board meetings, minutes, resolutions, statutory records, and regulatory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and entity management activities.
  • Coordinate with regulators, auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience post training.
  • Strong exposure to core CS responsibilities and corporate governance.
  • Experience in foreign compliance is a must (APAC, Europe, Barbados, or other jurisdictions preferred).
  • Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and compliance skills.
