Cryptography Project Manager

Key Skills and Experience

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years of project management experience in security, cryptography, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, AES, ECC) and protocols.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (FIPS, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA) and security tools (PKI, KMS, HSM).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have

• Certifications: PMP, CISSP.
• Programming knowledge (Python, Java, C++).
• Experience in security audits, cloud security (AWS, Azure), and vulnerability assessments.
