Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong networking
skills and a proven expert in Sales / Business Development to lead our fundraising
efforts. The desired candidate would develop and implement strategies to engage
individuals, including HNIs, and secure significant donations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute giving programs tailored for individuals and HNIs for long-
term support.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, prospects and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities viz., crowdfunding through social media engagement and online platforms.
Plan and participate in events to generate funds through individual donations.
Coordinate with internal teams to create impactful fundraising campaigns.
Track and report on fundraising progress and donor engagement.
Requirements:
3-7 years of fundraising experience, with a focus on individual giving.
Proven track record of securing donations from HNIs.
Candidates from service industries who have experience in Sales / Marketing
and are interested in a career in the social sector may also apply.
Should be a self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
Strong networking and communication skills.
