Job Description

Experience on sanovi or IBM Resiliency Orchestration or Kyndrl Resilency Orchestration.
Should have good experience in conducting DR Drills Having infrastructure management knowledge Strong understanding of the Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP-DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Hyper-V, azure, AWS, etc. Extremely good hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered UNIX (AIX/Solaris/HPUX/RHEL/etc..) and Windows platform TCL / Shell / Batch / PowerShell / Expect Scripts or similar scripting languages is must.
Strong experience in using the conditional statement, loops, list items, get string & date manipulation etc.
Should be able to write scripts to integrate with different technologies using CLI's/API's. IBM/Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestration tool Expertise is must.
Understanding on Zerto/Carbonite Replication/Perpetuity Automation tool.
Understanding and strong knowledge on Cloud platform. Understanding and strong knowledge of any Storage Replication technology with various DR Scenarios
Understanding and strong knowledge of any Database and Replication Technologies with various DR Scenarios.
Should be able to design/architect and build LLD, HLD, Implementation Design document and deployment of end-end data management workflow is must.
Should have worked on On-premises / Cloud / Hybrid architecture models. Knowledge of Virtualization database/storage solutions is a must Manual DR-DRILL experience is must Understanding of cloud architectures.
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills and should be able to communicate across the hierarchy of management and influence investments in the area of work.
Ability to plan, outline, scope technical project and drive project to closure and deliver in time.
Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization in all the geo's and should lead/work-independently and drive implementation projects
