About the Role:

As a Cross Functional Leader, we are looking for a high-ownership individual. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue planning and generation, working closely to formulate growth strategies and drive new initiatives, build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The role essentially requires experience in making presentations to investors/investment banking companies/venture capital firms and raising funds for startups; execute partnerships and API integrations; oversee key operations, including digital and brand marketing; Initiating monetization models and markets.

Preferred Experience

•           More than 5 years experience in Growth & Strategy, or a similar high-impact role.

•           Proven success in scaling new initiatives or products in service or e-commerce startups.

•           Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends.

•           Proven track record on value propositions, pricing, or product features, and the ability to

fail fast and pivot based on data.

•           Data-driven, with experience translating insights into scalable growth.

•           Track record of delivering high-impact projects.

•           Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

•           High-agency, entrepreneurial mind-set.
