Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Koch Bihar for a TSM (Territory Sales Manager) at Fino Payment Bank. The TSM will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, analyzing sales data, establishing sales objectives, and building relationships with clients and partners. The TSM will also work on identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
