Job Overview
We're looking for a CRO Analyst who enjoys digging into data, understanding customer behavior, and uncover opportunities that can drive meaningful business impact.
The role offers you to work closely with strategists, designers, developers, and clients to identify conversion bottlenecks, prioritize testing opportunities, and evaluate the impact of experiments. You'll be expected to go beyond reporting numbers and help translate data into insights, insights into hypotheses, and hypotheses into winning experiments.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze User Behavior & Performance Data
- Work with analytics platforms such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other data sources to understand user journeys and identify friction points.
- Monitor conversion funnels and customer behavior across websites and landing pages.
- Investigate drop-offs, engagement patterns, and revenue-impacting opportunities.
Support Experimentation Programs
- Partner with CRO strategists to design and evaluate A/B tests, split tests, and other experimentation initiatives.
- Define testing metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks.
- Ensure experiments are tracked correctly and produce reliable results.
Generate Actionable Insights
- Convert quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendations.
- Use insights from analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance trends and experiment outcomes.
- Present findings in a way that helps internal teams and clients make informed decisions.
- Track key business and conversion metrics across active accounts.
Data Quality & Measurement
- Validate tracking implementations and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with GTM, event tracking, and analytics setups to support experimentation and reporting requirements.
- Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements.
Stay Curious
- Keep up with trends in experimentation, analytics, consumer behavior, AI-assisted research, and eCommerce best practices.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, reporting, and analysis workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover meaningful insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Convert, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with statistical concepts such as significance, confidence levels, sample sizes, and test validity.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and event tracking frameworks.
- Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and conversion principles.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
