Crmnext Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tester to join our team and test the CRMNEXT application. As a Tester, you will be responsible for identifying and reporting defects, ensuring that the application meets the required quality standards, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.

Exp - 1+ yrs

Should be ready to work on contract for 12months

Location - Navi Mumbai

Requirements:

• Preferred domain Banking/BFSI or and Financial industry
• At least 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a CRM or similar application.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reproduce defects.
• Familiarity with CRMNEXT application and its features.
• Experience with JIRA tool for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience with CRM mobile application testing.
• Experience with integration testing using API by using tools such as SOAP UI or Postman.
• Strong test case writing skills, including test plans, test scenarios, and requirement traceability matrix.
• Experience in performing end to end Digital journeys.
