We are seeking a skilled CRM Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in training and development, particularly in CRM systems. The CRM Trainer will be responsible for developing training programs, delivering workshops, and ensuring that employees are proficient in using our CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs on CRM systems to new and existing employees.
  • Evaluate training needs and create tailored training materials and resources.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to ensure effective learning.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to CRM systems.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM tools and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM systems training or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software functionalities and features.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing training materials, manuals, and resources.
