Job Description:

Senior Manual QA Engineer – Salesforce CRM

Experience: 6+ Years | Client: Amadeus

Role Summary:

Senior Manual QA professional with strong Salesforce CRM testing experience to support business critical applications for the Amadeus customer, with an openness to grow towards automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing for Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud)

• Analyze requirements and design/execute test cases

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

• Validate Salesforce configurations, objects, workflows, and reports

• Log and track defects; collaborate with development and client teams

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and provide quality status updates

• Gradually upskill and contribute towards test automation as part of future roadmap

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Manual Testing experience

• Strong hands-on Salesforce CRM testing expertise

• Good understanding of CRM business processes

• Experience in Agile and client-facing environments

• API testing experience using tools like Postman.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ALM Octane

• Exposure to test automation tools/frameworks (future-ready mindset)
