About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive individual who can handle both CRM and merchandising responsibilities. The ideal candidate should come from a jewelry background, be confident communicating with clients, and be comfortable managing follow-ups and product coordination independently from our Jagatpura office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and follow-ups (email, calls, CRM updates)
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for ongoing orders
- Maintain product catalogues, stock sheets, and client trackers
- Assist in product presentation and merchandising requirements
- Support sales and marketing teams with product-related insights
Requirements:
- Background in jewelry, fashion, or accessories (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working full-time from the Jagatpura office
