CRM Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT delivery teams and manage successful implementation of large-scale CRM projects.
• Participate in systems development work, including coding, functional and technical specifications, development, and testing.
• Utilize project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
• Support CRM delivery for business banking leads, lending, and customer account onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
