ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dynamics 365 Engineering & Customization-
. Lead the design, development, and deployment of customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE
. Architect and implement solutions using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, and RESTful APIs, ETL Tools
. Extend and integrate Dynamics 365 CE with Azure services (API Management, Service Bus, Data Factory)
. Ensure CRM solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Solution Design & Development-
. Design, develop, and implement new modules and functionalities to improve business operations.
. Optimize workflows, data models, and UI for improved user experience
. Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to refine user experiences
. Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure advancements to leverage new capabilities
. Create and maintain technical documentation, solution blueprints, and architectural diagrams
. Evaluate and recommend system solutions, balancing custom development and third-party tools
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices-
. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning
. Establish and promote best practices, methodologies, and tools for Dynamics 365 solution delivery
. Monitor emerging trends such as AI, automation, and machine learning in Dynamics 365 and recommend adoption where beneficial
Leadership & Collaboration-
. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
. Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
. Promote best practices for Dynamics 365 development, including code quality, maintainability, and extensibility
. Support web application engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities
Maintenance & Support-
. Monitor and reduce technical debt, ensuring long-term maintainability
. Support and enhance deployed CRM solutions across environments
. Ensure software meets quality, security, and extensibility standards
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications:
. 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customizations including plugins, JavaScript, Workflows, XRMToolbox
. 10+ years of experience using Visual Studio, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET, Web API
. 6+ years of experience in ETL tools development, Azure Data Factory preferred
. Must have strong back-end development skills.
. Proven experience implementing customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE
. Proficiency in relational database development using SQL Server
. Demonstrated ability to create and communicate architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints
. Active in writing and running unit tests
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
. Experience with KingswaySoft for data integration
. Experience building cross-browser applications using web services, DHTML, XML, REST, and CSS
. Familiarity with SSIS, NoSQL databases
. Experience with CI/CD
. Experience with plugin registration tool
