Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist Real Estate, who possesses Strong knowledge of the complete customer lifecycle, starting from unit booking to possession and registry, including thorough understanding of RERA norms and documentation. The candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, legal teams, and developers to ensure smooth post-sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
CRM & Post-Sales Operations:-
- Handle customer coordination from unit booking till final registry.
- Maintain accurate booking records, allotment letters, agreements, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely collection and tracking of customer payments.
Documentation & Registry:-
- Prepare and manage Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, Possession Letters, and Registry documentation.
- Coordinate with advocates, banks, and government authorities for registration.
- Support customers in home loan documentation and disbursement process.
RERA Compliance:-
- Ensure complete adherence to RERA norms and guidelines.
- Maintain customer records as per RERA disclosure requirements.
- Handle RERA-related customer queries, compliance checks, and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management:-
- Act as a single point of contact for post-sales customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and within TAT.
- Provide regular updates regarding construction status, possession, and registry timelines.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
MIS & Reporting:-
- Maintain CRM software and customer databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Track complaints, resolutions, and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Must have Experience of 24 Years in Real Estate Industry only.
- Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline).
- Proven experience as a CRM / Post-Sales Executive in Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of RERA Act, Real Estate Documentation & Registry Process.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong command over MS Excel, CRM tools, and documentation handling.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate:-
- Experience with Residential and Commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and legally compliant professional.
